A LOOK INTO BECOMING A CLIENT
Thank you for choosing Ashley Elizabeth Organizing! I am creating this to give you a look inside at what your experience will be like when you become one of my clients!
The first step would be scheduling a consultation and reviewing/signing my “Professional Organizer Agreement”, also known as my contract. I also send along a questionnaire to get to know you better. After the contract is signed I like to send my clients a “welcome gift” as my appreciation for you trusting my skills and choosing to work with me. This gift to you is an AEO Exclusive, eucalyptus and mint scented candle. It is hand-poured locally in Mansfield Massachusetts!
During the scheduled consultation, we walk through the space(s) together and I am able to not only get a feel for your style visually, I can also get to know you better. I will take notes of what you are going to simplify, create a list of products and talk over the game plan with you in person.
My goal for each client is to not only simplify your space for the initial wow factor, but to have this space easily maintained. Each product chosen will help to make that long term goal possible. Along with your mindset to keep it that way as well. Once the product board is created, I will send it over as a PDF email for your review. This is the time to make any changes to colors, styles, etc. that you may not particularly like when you see them visually within the board. When you feel confident and happy about the chosen products, I will start my shopping and source out the items for you at the best quality and cost. We then can schedule a day for me to come in and organize your space in a way fit for you and your lifestyle!
IN SUMMARY
Step 1: Going over the contract, filling out the questionnaire and scheduling a consultation date.
Step 2: After the consultation the client will review the product board that is sent for a final review and other questions that may come up.
Step 3: Once the Product board is finalized and both myself and the client are happy, products will be purchased if it is a "Tier 2" or "Tier 3" service and a date of install is chosen. If it is a "Tier 1" service, we schedule an install date!
Step 4: The installation! Your space is now complete and organized to best fit your needs. At this time you will receive an invoice for products and a finalized total for an hourly rate of service.
